1. The ORYSITE service
ORYSITE provides supervised creation and management of brochure websites for business use. You provide information, approve content and use your customer portal for follow-up. ORYSITE makes changes for you; a self-service editor is not included.
Your accepted proposal defines your pages, language, features, plan and any additional work. A plan’s page limit does not mean every possible feature is included.
2. A free initial direction
Your request and initial homepage and style proposal are free, without a card or commitment. We first review whether the project fits the service. One free project may be in progress per account; another free request becomes available after payment for the previous website, unless we authorize an exception.
One consolidated round of simple corrections is included before subscription. A completely new creative direction or successive additional requests are not included. The portal shows your preview’s availability period. Expiry never triggers a payment.
3. Proposal, payment and full build
After the preview, you complete the details for your requested pages. ORYSITE confirms scope and plan in a proposal, which you accept before payment. The first monthly payment starts the full website build, even if the website has not yet been published.
We communicate the schedule for your project; it depends in part on receiving content and approvals. Out-of-scope requests require a separate agreement on price and timing. Publication follows approval of the final version, valid payment and a ready website address.
4. Plans and billing
Vitrine: CAD $79/month per website, up to 5 pages and 30 minutes of simple changes per month.
Vitrine Plus: CAD $149/month per website, up to 10 pages and 60 minutes of simple changes per month.
Each plan includes one language, hosting, HTTPS, a contact form, backups and ticket-based support. No creation fee is added for the accepted scope. No tax is currently collected. The amount due is shown before payment.
The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Stripe processes payments and provides invoices and payment-method updates. Plan changes must be agreed with ORYSITE: a 10-page website does not automatically qualify for the 5-page plan.
5. Changes and support
Included minutes cover simple text, photo and contact-detail changes, shared across your requests within a UTC calendar month, with no rollover. We confirm what is included and the timing before working. Correcting our own errors does not use these minutes.
A new page, redesign, translation or additional feature may require a quote. We do not start extra paid work without your agreement. Support is provided through tickets; it is neither unlimited nor available around the clock.
6. Features and content
Stores, carts, payments from your customers, member areas and complex booking systems are not included. Links to external services may be included in the proposal.
You confirm the accuracy of your information and your rights to supplied text, trademarks, photos and other materials. ORYSITE does not fabricate reviews, certifications or completed projects. AI-generated illustrative images must not be presented as your actual work.
Form submissions are stored in the portal and forwarded to the agreed email address. You are responsible for reviewing and answering them. Email delivery also depends on the recipient and spam filters; the portal provides access to stored submissions.
7. Included address and personal domain
An orysite.com address allows publication without waiting for a personal domain. You can connect an existing domain or ask us to purchase one in your name. A separate quote specifies the initial price, current renewal price and term. Domain charges are separate from the website subscription.
A search or quote does not reserve a domain. Registration is complete only once confirmed by the registrar. Registrant details must be accurate and email verification may be required. You remain the registrant and keep control of your domain.
The current service does not renew domains automatically: renewal requires separate confirmation and payment. Stopping the website does not renew, transfer or delete your domain. DNS changes may take time to propagate; existing email settings are preserved.
8. Cancellation, failed payments and export
You can cancel through the billing area linked from your portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. If published, your website stays active until the paid period ends. If payment fails, publication may be suspended at the end of that period.
You have 30 days after the paid period ends to request a content export before removal from the service. An unaccepted preview is also subject to retention for 30 days after its latest sharing. Removal from the service does not immediately erase every technical copy: separately stored files require cleanup verified by ORYSITE. Backups expire on their 30-day cycle. Some billing and domain records are retained for their administrative purposes and applicable obligations.
A content export is not an automatic transfer of the ORYSITE platform, its server features or third-party licences. Contact us before closing if you want to migrate. For a disputed invoice or refund request, open a ticket or email us; cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. Your statutory rights remain applicable.
9. Availability and communication
We maintain the service and address reported problems. There is no commitment to uninterrupted availability or guaranteed search rankings, traffic or sales. Illegal, fraudulent or security-compromising use may lead to suspension; we inform you when circumstances allow.
Changes to these terms do not retroactively replace your accepted scope. Significant pricing or service changes will be communicated before they apply.
