04

Explore the preview and give feedback

The preview is a private link to the proposed home page and style. It does not make your website public or commit you to payment.

05

Confirm the suggested pages

08

Understand and choose your website address

The address is what visitors enter to open your site. An included ORYSITE address looks like mybusiness.orysite.com. A personal domain looks like mybusiness.ca or mybusiness.com.

09

Connect a domain you already own

You already own a domain if you bought it from a provider and can access its management account. Connecting it to ORYSITE does not necessarily require transferring it to another provider.

10

Ask ORYSITE to buy your domain

A domain is paid for a defined period, generally one year in this flow. Availability or an accepted quote does not reserve the name; registration must be confirmed.

11

Provide content and approve publication

After payment, ORYSITE builds the agreed pages. Your website stays private until final approval and publication.

12

Contact ORYSITE and follow a conversation

A ticket is a conversation with ORYSITE for questions, issues or changes. It does not create a new website.

13

Receive messages from visitors

“Enquiries” contains messages visitors send through your published website’s form. These differ from your conversations with ORYSITE in support.

Stop renewal and retrieve your content

Website subscription cancellation and domain renewal are separate matters. Deleting an account is not a way to cancel a subscription.
