The proposal defines what will be built: pages, inclusions, exclusions, required content, timing, corrections and price. It defines the project before payment.
Step by step
Open your project after the notification. In “My website”, read “Your proposed scope”.
Read every section, especially exclusions and the content you must provide. A requested page is included only if it appears in the proposal.
If something needs changing, open “Request a change” and describe it before accepting. Your request stays linked to the proposal.
Wait for the response or updated proposal. Acceptance and payment may be unavailable while it is under review; this is expected.
If everything works for you, select the confirmation checkbox and choose “Accept this scope”. You can then proceed to the subscription.
Good to know
Accepting the proposal does not charge your card. Payment happens in the subscription step. Needs raised after payment are not automatically included; contact ORYSITE to discuss them.
